Educational Objectives of the Program

The educational objective of the International Industry-Academia Program for Vietnamese international students in the Faculty of Applied Chemistry is to train human resources in the field of Applied Chemistry with fundamental professional knowledge related to the industry, practical skills, problem-solving abilities, knowledge integration, self-learning, teamwork skills, while also valuing professional ethics and social responsibility.

Core Competency Indicators of the Program

Through coursework and practical training, the Department aims to equip Vietnamese students with the following core competencies:

1. Ability to apply fundamental knowledge related to applied chemistry
2. Ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as analyze, summarize, and interpret experimental data
3. Ability to apply processing techniques and operate equipment and instruments required for practical work in applied chemistry
4. Ability to integrate and apply theories and technologies in relevant fields of applied chemistry to the workplace
5. Ability in project management, communication and coordination, and teamwork
6. Understanding of the social and global impacts of chemical technologies and their products
